The CTS electricity timeseries are currently stored in grid.egon_pf_hv_load_timeseries.
But this table should include the summed timeseries from households, CTS and industry. Instead of writing the CTS demand timeseries directly into grid.egon_pf_hv_load_timeseries, the intermediate table demand.cts_electricity_profiles_hvmv_substation should be created.
