Import of Zensus data needs to be included in egon-data.

  • Include Zensus data on households
  • Adjust table structure (geom, inhabitants and households)
  • remove redundant columns (x_mp, y_mp,...)
  • rename tables to a less project specific name

The following data sets need to be integrated into our workflow:
Inhabitants: https://www.zensus2011.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/Pressemitteilung/DemografischeGrunddaten/csv_Bevoelkerung_100m_Gitter.zip?__blob=publicationFile&v=3
This data is already present on the OEP, we will choose the same table structure.

Households: https://www.zensus2011.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/Pressemitteilung/DemografischeGrunddaten/csv_Haushalte_100m_Gitter.zip?__blob=publicationFile&v=2

I'll migrate the task to integrate zensus data on households, buildings and apartments to a separate issue, as these data sets have a different structure as the data set on inhabitants.
