Who is responsible of applying the patch?

The group as a whole is, until someone is assigned this issue.

The django patch was applied to the open-release/nutmeg.master branch on all eligible repos.

@nedbat We forgot to apply the patch to olive.master yesterday. Should we schedule another call during which I'll be temporarily granted permissions to apply the patch or is there an easier way to do it?

Hmm, we set edx-platform to require pull requests, so the direct-push steps will need a little bit of tweaking. Maybe we can shift to making pull requests for all of the repos, and then not need the permission changes?
