Pre-Teak Libraries Experience Bugfixes

This is a tracking ticket for known/planned Content Libraries bugfixes deferred to after the Teak feature cut, but which could be prioritized for fixing prior to Teak.

Thank you for creating this ticket @sdaitzman , and for keeping the Unit full-page bugs in one ticket.

I've got this list of UX bugs gleaned from other tickets:

• Rename "Organize" tab to "Manage": Tags+Collections can be added to Units #1648 (comment)
• Make Unit "Open" menu work Unit full-page view (barebones) #1609 (comment) - fixed.
• Refactor Disabled sidebar tabs: https://github.com/openedx/frontend-app-authoring/pull/1779/files#r2036470526 (if time)
• Double clicking a Unit header to open the Unit does not work when we are in collection page (Open button in sidebar works).
• Filter out Units + Collections from the component picker when adding existing Components to Units: Add existing component to unit #1620 (comment)
• Fix duplicate key warnings when we have the same component more than one time on the same unit (ContainerCardPreview and LibraryUnitBlocks)
• Change message "Item collections updated" and "Content linked successfully" should be "Content added to collection": Tags+Collections can be added to Units #1648 (comment)
• Rename units: show edit icon on hover/active state: Rename unit #1624 (comment) - already fixed?
• When deleting a component, add to message "If this component has been used in other units, it will also be deleted from those units.": Delete component within unit #1623 (comment)
• ORA2 editor textareas show text that is too light to read; make it primary 700: Implement support for editing advanced blocks #1514 (comment)
