Add strace command to curveadm

Describe the feature you'd like:

Added trace features (internal integration of perf, bpftrace, bcc, etc.) for developing user debug. We can directly execute curveadm diag --id ID [PATH/name]（[PATH/name] is user defined. ） to perform performance test on the cluster.
curveadm will configure a centralized repository. If the user has useful scripts, they can submit them to the specified repository.

现在 curveadm playbook -l curve any.sh hostname支持在指定的机器上执行任意脚本。这里指的是：

(2) 有一个中心仓库来存储这些 trace 脚本
