Provide a link to web OpenCOR in the readme

Unless users know the addresses of the app and appdev pages, there's no way to navigate to these tools. Is this intentional? If not, it makes sense for the addresses and a definition of the purpose of each version to be included within the repository readme (and/or on the openCOR landing page).

It is intentional at this point in the sense that the new OpenCOR is still very much work in progress. Having said this, and even though I am of the view that it misses some basic features (e.g., run a simulation in its own thread), it seems to be already useful to some people. So, yes, the OpenCOR website will be updated at some point to properly reference the new OpenCOR. And, this will, hopefully, include what is different from one version to another.
