Cannot open a (very) big CellML file

When I try to open a CellML flat file generated by Circulatory Autogen in the OpenCOR Web App (dev), the analyser fails with multiple errors of the form:

"variables are equivalent and cannot therefore both be initialised". This flat file runs/loads correctly in my local OpenCOR workflow.

Hi @Jayakody148, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have just tested your model in the latest version of appdev and I can indeed confirm the issue.

Now, considering that your CellML file is 1.5 MB big, I get the feeling that it might be the issue. It looks like OpenCOR has problems with big files like yours and I get the feeling that it doesn't manage to load all of it. I am making up numbers here, but one time OpenCOR might be able to read 70% of the file and another time 90% of it. That's why I am getting different issues every time I am trying to load your CellML file.

I am not sure there is much I can do, but let's see!
