I'm on PTO for a few days, so I'm not in a position to make the swap
myself. But I'm fine with this if someone else wants to do it.

I think we want a threshold of approval from current maintainers as well as ack from @jonjohnsonjr (he verbally expressed interest on the weekly call); @vbatts can clarify on any existing TDC process.
