- As a user, I want to see a condensed email compose form so that it doesn't take too much space.

Acceptance Criteria
- OcTextInput component has a variation for an inline label
- Inline label looks like in the mockup (From, Subject)
- with inline label enabled the OcTextInput component is still accessible (a11y), i.e. there must be a dedicated "label" html tag associated with the form element.
