App token heading alignment is a bit off

Bug Description

The alignment of the app token section in the account settings is a bit off.

Reproduction Steps

• go to the app token account settings

Expected Outcome

The heading and the "New" button are aligned.

Actual Outcome

The alignment is off.

On a general note, it maybe wouldn't hurt to reduce the size of the headings of the account sections a bit.
