Reloading settings on public links doesn't work

Bug Description

Reloading the account settings page on public links doesn't work and will result in an endless loading spinner. This is especially bad since there is not way to return to the public link other that entering the URL again.

Reproduction Steps

• create a public link for a file
• open the public link in an anonymous tab
• go to the account settings
• reload the page

Expected Outcome

The account settings should be reloaded.

Actual Outcome

There is an endless loading spinner.
