.webp Images don't get opened in Preview app

Bug Description

When .webp images are supported by the thumbnailer (file list / tiles view show previews), the images still get downloaded on click instead of opening in the Preview app.

Reproduction Steps

1. Upload a .webp image
2. See the file including a thumbnail/preview in the file list or tiles view
3. Click on the .webp file

Expected Outcome

.webp file opens in the Preview app

Actual Outcome

.webp file gets downloaded 😢
