The accepting users (ForwardInvite) now sends "userid@idp" as the accepting user's "UserID' (it is persisted on the remote system as "userid@idp@provider-domamin"). The remote instance (ocmd/AcceptInvite) now sends back the userid of the inviting user accordingly as "userid@idp" which is also persisted locally as (userid@idp@provider-domain)
