No way to upload file larger than ANTIVIRUS_MAX_SCAN_SIZE

Describe the bug

run opencloud with avtivirus scanning https://github.com/opencloud-eu/opencloud-compose/blob/main/.env.example#L218-L231

• use ANTIVIRUS_MAX_SCAN_SIZE=100MB by default

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload a file larger than 100 MB

Expected behavior

The file is uploaded without postprocessing. It is visible to the user, and the user can delete it.

Actual behavior

file is stuck in post-processing. It is located on the storage. The user cannot delete it.

Admin cannot also to delete this file or do something to make the file available

admin can see this file in upload session

deleting session opencloud storage-users uploads sessions --clean doesn't help unlock or delete file

It should be set to partial to allow larger files.

we debugged it, looks like there was a miss configuration in our .env!

CLAMD_CONF_StreamMaxLength must be the same as ANTIVIRUS_MAX_SCAN_SIZE
