Open docx in external shared folder as a user which is logged in throw file not exist error

Describe the bug

If a User, which is logged-in, tries to open an file inside external shared folder of the personal space, can see the folder content, but if you try to open a file with Collabora, then you get the error: "An error occurred
file does not exist". To open a picture for example works.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder in personal space
2. Share the folder external
3. Access it via the token as a user which is logged in
4. open the docx file

Functional open docx file

We have to distinguish between public links with and without passwords here.

In case of password protected links, there was an issue in the Web client I fixed via opencloud-eu/web#1233. For links without password, there is a server issue causing this: #1343. This one is labelled as p3 though.
