Folder .space appears as an 'issue' in the not-synced tab

Seen with OpenCloud Beta OpenCloud Beta 3.0.0.1857

The client has a not-synced tab to inform about issues that requires the users attention.
Since the introduction of spaces, we always have reports about the '.space' folder.
Thus the not synced-tab is never empty. BAD

The existance of a .space folder at the server is perfectly fine. There is nothing the user should or can do about it.

Expected behaviour:

• Its presence in the top level of each space should be acknwledged as a well known internal artefact.
• It should not be reported.

Can't we just implement a list of "special OC files/folders" (as we have for system folders/files) and just igore them (what we already do) and just not show that in the list?

We could also always sync .space folders as they are part of the OpenCloud api.

Please don't just sync .space as a normal folder. That opens the same can of worms that we have in opencloud-eu/opencloud#1848

It needs a concept, and all clients should behave accordingly.
