Make default ignored file patterns editable

Hi! I've some music libraries installers which have ._ as a prefix on file name (for example ._01 Bassic 01.nki). Those files get ignored by OpenCloud and there is no way to allow them to be synchronized instead.

I can't rename them because they are like this in the original installer setup of the library, and it would break it.

I think the default ignored patterns should be editable exactly like the custom ones, and the user should be free to deal with its own setup.

I'm on Windows and I've also tried to search if there is a OpenCloud folder with sync-exclude.txt file both in %APPDATA%, in %LOCALAPPDATA%, in the installed directory, in Documents, can't see it anywhere so I suppose it's hidden in an application database.
It would be helpful to also know if it's editable outside the UI for tech-savvy users.

Files starting with a . are considered hidden on Unix systems, and we follow that behaviour.

@TheOneRing thanks, but it was already enabled, and hidden files get indeed syncronized, except for these 4 in the screenshot. I think it's not that flag which causes the exclusion, but the pattern ._* in the default patterns list. It's not editable, nor removable, that's why I think that list should be entirely customizable by the user.

File such as .env are not excluded, so the flag works, but doesn't block that specific regex pattern.
