Support Energy Source Updates in Update Endpoint

Description

The current update endpoint does not support updating the energy_source field. As a result, we are unable to modify the energy source of an existing location.

Expected Behavior

The update endpoint should allow updates to the energy_source attribute, similar to how other editable fields are handled.

You can't really modify the energy source of a location because you can register multiple energy sources under the same geometry. What would changing the energy source of a location physically represent? It would be useful to understand the intention.
