add ion channel figure as asset label

New asset label: ion channel model figure. We need it to register the ion channel model traces and stimuli to be displayed in this ticket: https://github.com/openbraininstitute/prod-explore-functionality/issues/142

The changes are deployed to staging. Execute "tox -e generate-server-schemas" and it should update that enum from the server.
