BYOD app supports G7 - update `DexcomG7.md`

Dear team,

opening my first issue here: I have noticed that BYOD now also supports the Dexcom G7 as per reddit post.

This would mean that

A patched Dexcom G7 app (DiaKEM) gives access to the Dexcom G7 data. 
This is not the BYODA app as this app can not receive G7 data at the moment.

in docs/EN/CompatibleCgms/DexcomG7.md is no longer true.

Is there anybody who can confirm this, such that we then can adapt the documentation? Thanks!

DiaKEM broadcasts to AAPS. BYODA doesn't.
No changes visible in the BYODA form:

The latest base has the following mods:
Modified to run on any Android device
Allow screenshots of the app
Have the rooted device warnings removed.
Remove the geofencing or Country of residence check
There are currently no additional modifications for the G7.
