Support Tool Calls For Responses API

I noticed there doesn't seem to be handling for tool call outputs in the Responses API. I am using the EasyInputMessage object as well as the ResponseCreateParams, but I don't see a way to add tool call outputs to the request. Please point me in the right direction if I am missing something, but if not, is there a plan to support tool calls fully for the Responses API?
