正常我理解这个问题应该是先使用城市推荐助手找到合适的城市，之后使用天气查询助手查询天气，最后使用预定助手帮忙预定下，但是推荐完城市就不继续执行了，我看文档不是有个循环嘛，应该不会超过默认的10次
