Add TanStack Start Realtime Demo Example

This PR adds a new example application demonstrating how to integrate OpenAI's Realtime API with TanStack Start, showcasing a full-stack React framework with server-side rendering capabilities.

Configuration Updates

• Added examples/realtime-tantsack-start/** to ESLint ignore patterns
• Maintained consistent workspace dependency structure (@openai/agents: workspace:*)

This example follow the realtime feature like Nextjs but using Tanstack Start.
