Chat text input padding doesnt focus text field #8711

What version of the VS Code extension are you using?
0.4.56
What subscription do you have?
Plus (the 20$ one)
Which IDE are you using?
VSCode
What platform is your computer?
Windows + WSL
What issue are you seeing?
The padding on the text field annoyingly doesnt direct focus to the text field if clicked, in fact it even unfocuses the input if clicked while focused.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
click on the padded area of the text field when its not focused and see its not being focused. click on the padded area when focused and see it takes away focus.
What is the expected behavior?
clicking on the padded area of the text field should focus the text field and not unfocus it.
