What issue are you seeing?

Getting

on any prompts, with or without AGENTS.md, even in an empty directory, even with just hello, if I use a gpt-6 model.

If my account is restricted from using GPT 6, then the message should say that instead of saying it's the prompt. No problem using GPT 5.6

    I can reproduce this issue on Windows with a ChatGPT Edu workspace.

    Model/surface results:

    • Codex Desktop with GPT-5.6 Sol: works normally.
    • Codex Desktop with GPT-6 Astra: harmless prompts are rejected as Invalid prompt.
    • Codex CLI v0.156.1 with GPT-6 Astra: fails with the same error.
    • Codex CLI v0.156.1 with GPT-6 Sol: also fails with the same error.

    Even “What is 2+2? Reply with the number only.” is rejected.

    I also isolated the CLI context by disabling project documents, memories, multi-agent context, and model-visible skill descriptions. The error still occurred.

    The CLI /feedback command also fails with:

    Correction: I do not use an Edu workspace. This occurs on my personal ChatGPT account.
