Refactoring and TODO removal #79
Description
- More modular
- test_network_flow should not contain functions needed by server and server_ojp2
- deciding if ojp 1 files should be marked as well.
- dealing with some todos
- tests move to test folder.
- generate all generated parts.
- thinking about end to end tests.
- removing TODO
