Can/should we give qandadivs a place in ToCs, similar to normal sections? This might be especially helpful for the PDF version, since that does not have the question-expansion mechanism.

@sknorr:
What about the qanda.in.toc parameter?

@tomschr what about this qanda.in.toc parameter, then? Is it default now?

According to the link from #304 (comment):

If true (non-zero), then the generated table of contents for a document will include qandaset titles, qandadiv titles, and question elements. The default value (zero) excludes them from the TOC.

It is still zero and that won't change. My question was more targeted if setting of parameter to something non-zero has an effect in our TOCs.

I've tried it, set qanda.in.toc=1 but it doesn't affect the TOC.

Needs to be investigated further also for our SmartDocs.
