Adds support for distinguishing between helm and docker containers.
The code now checks the type of each container and adjusts the pull command accordingly. For helm containers, the code replaces the colon with
--versionand adds ahelm pull ocicommand. For docker containers, it simply adds adocker pullcommand.This change allows the platform to correctly handle both helm and docker containers.
