This seems wrong (ODG_DIR is defined as .../pdf) but I am not 100% sure of the intention:

make/adoc2xml.mk:

  ODG_DIR := $(IDIR)/pdf
  ODG     := $(subst $(ADOC_IMG_DIR)/,$(ODG_DIR)/,$(wildcard $(ADOC_IMG_DIR)/*.odg))
