Review on 20th of August:
update of @MarcBehrens : there is no development plan delivered up to now. The decision to replace the nonexisting parts by a CENELEC-place holder to not completely stop progressing on the safety plan is taken. @FrederiqueVallee @AEbt-Jagusch @janWelte

Meting for openETCS development plan and safety documentation is planed at the 16th of October with @AEbt-Jagusch and @janWelte (further participants are welcome!)
09 am - 16 pm in Braunschweig (NFF - TU-BS Braunschweig, Airport)

Objective: Create a clear structure which artifiacts are needed to provide a openETCS development following CENELEC requirements

Output: openETCS specific document listing for every artifact/ doument

• document name/ role in CENELEC
• document life cycle and development methodology
• Responsable party
• required context
• required/ recommanded methodology related to context
• specific QA management approach

Preliminary work:

• detailed draft of openETCS development plan @janWelte
• overview QA principal used in agil development (related to openETCS) @janWelte
• guideline for CENELEC development plan @AEbt-Jagusch
