Add sysml constraint checker to product specification

I've put a plugin which checks a SysML model for certain properties on the repository. Plugin uses the Eclipse Validation Framework and currently contains only a small list of constraints that are checked. A Wiki Page which describes the plugin and all the constraints will be set up.

The plugin can be found at:

• Add Plug-In to top-level openETCS feature
• Add Plug-In to Jenkins and make sure it builds correctly.
• Either add the documentation to the Documentation page, or at least provide a link from the documentation to your exhaustive documentation.
• Make sure the use of the Plug-In is part of the WP3 modeling process

I have an addional question. Do I have to create a feature that this plugin can be added to the toolchain?

I'm not sure if further discussion is necessary to add this plugin or what the official process for adding plugins into the toolchain is.

Typically, we'd capture the needs of the users first, create a spec (use case) and then provide the implementation. However, in this case I suggest to be pragmatic.

The same question arose for the tracing plugin. My take on it. It's easy to add a feature later, so no need for now - just add it to the top-level feature.

That's fine, consider making it part of the Documentation page.

More importantly, I think WP3 should document the use of the plug-in as part of the modeling process.

What I will do next is editing the issue description by adding specific todos.

I add the SysML Constraints checker to the toolchain in 4e0afb5 . Hope I didn't missed anything because I'm not familiar with maven tycho builds.

@cecilebraun The plugin uses the "Papyrus Model" as input, therefore there should be a link from that. I'm not sure, but maybe we should add a V&V package as the inputs for the Constraint Checks will mainly come from WP4 (but also WP3 I suspect)?
