超速详情页面车辆长度等信息没有单位，显示，车长： 700，车高: 47，宽: 240

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 模拟起发送超速模拟数据
2. 进入事件管理-辆超速预警（OSW）页面
3. 点击详情

Expected behavior

车长 7 米，车高 0.47 米 车宽 2.4 米
