Unexpectedly quit editing during device creation

Describe the bug

The device management menu, click the blank area to exit the creation process during the creation of the device

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On the Device Management page, create a "RSU Device" or "Camera Device" or "Radar Device" or "RSU Model"
2. Click the Create button and enter some field information
3. Click outside the edit box

Expected behavior

This editing will not be affected, and you can continue editing until you click the "Cancel" or "Submit" button

Actual behavior

Edit page disappears, edit is canceled
