Closes Use Netlify redirects instead of Hugo aliases #781
The same site files are generated except for:
- The alias files, which aren't generated anymore
- The new _redirects file.

Preview redirect tests (all redirect to /docs):

As mentioned above, all redirects have /docs as a destination. I think this should be different, see #665.
