Hi @arielvalentin, I've noticed that Resque seems to be missing from the released gems, although it was included in #648

According to #508 (comment) it should have been included (assuming gems weren't explicitly included).
I couldn't quickly find if it occurred in the release tooling; but I at least wanted to point this out.

Slightly unrelated; but the opentelemetry-instrumentation-all gem had quite a bump from 0.40.0 to 0.50.0. That seems weird as well.
