[processor/transform] Add error mode to transformprocessor

Description:
Adds error_mode to the transform processor to allow users to specify which error mode to use when processing statements.

Valid values are ignore and propagate. To preserve backwards compatibility, propagate is used by default, but ignore is recommended.
