[exporter/prometheusremotewrite] Export exemplars for the Monotonic Sum metric.

Description:

Convert OTel Monotonic Sum exemplars to Prometheus time series exemplars, see specification. This translation logic will be picked code by the Prometheus remote write exporter.

I've split addSingleNumberDataPoint which was handling data points for sum and gauge into two dedicated methods, otherwise, with this change and future work with the handling of _created metrics the addSingleNumberDataPoint will get two many conditional statements. It also simplifies testing.
