[exporter/loki] Add instrumentation scope to log object

Description:
Added InstrumentationScope to loki log object. InstrumentationScope is provided by opentelemetry https://opentelemetry.io/docs/reference/specification/logs/data-model/#field-instrumentationscope, it would be a good user experience to have it supported by loki exporter
