CPU core information missing in kubeletstatsreceiver

Describe the issue you're reporting

k8s.node.cpu.utilization --- does not have "cpu" as attribute,
The values I am getting for my cluster is around 184-190
am I supposed to divide this data by CPU cores, (If yes, how can I get kubernetes node CPU cores ?)
