Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a resource detection module for Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) that automatically records metadata about the ECS task and environment. Similar detectors already exist for AWS EC2 and GCP Compute Engine.

Additional context
I'm planning on contributing such a feature in the near future.
