[receiver/hostmetrics] update scope name for consistency (#34526)

Update the scope name for telemetry produced by the hostmetrics
receiver's scrapers from `otelcol/hostmetricsreceiver/*` to
`github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/receiver/hostmetricsreceiver/internal/scraper/*`
