Launch nightly

The benchmarks are currently run manually. Instead, we should run them each night, +-1 hour from midnight (let's make sure we don't always run it exactly the same minute each night)

I began to set up this repo with CircleCI but have not finished yet. Configuration is here: https://github.com/open-services/public-registry-benchmarks/blob/master/.circleci/config.yml

Almost done with this, just missing adding the workflow to trigger every day: https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/workflows/#nightly-example

Now once a day, CircleCI will generate a new report
