Seems like we don't need the caching feature if it stopped working; we can always investigate later. Could you remove the lines from the config rather than commenting them out?

The cache on
circleci-openjdk-9container fails to load. I had changed the key in the past because we had this issue again and solved it temporarily. I am not sure what the issue is now and why it happened again since we did not make any changes.I commented out the steps that save and restore the cache.
