OMPI_Affinity_str and friends need to be updated

They are using the OPAL output code, which we are replacing with PRRTE code. I'm not sure if you can link it across or if you just want to copy/paste the PRRTE code (when done) to replace that in OMPI/OPAL.

I did a quick search of OMPI_Affinity_str on main branch. Looks like dead code.

I can post a PR and ask @jsquyres to review.
