The Linux backend contains loads of KNL specific stuff that are very specific to its hacky NUMA distance matrix, missing HMAT, hard to query cluster/memory mode, etc. Remove all in hwloc 3.0 this since KNL is dead. Also remove hwloc-dump-hwdata since it was never used for anything but getting root-only KNL info.
