Officially use the BSD-3-Clause licence ?

Hello developers,
While exploring the project and checking the custom license file [which sounds copyrighted] I found it actually is derivative from the BSD-3-Clause ( SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-3-Clause ), a notorious open source license.

Since you use it, you may as well name it so your project formally seen as open source, for humans readers and machines as well.

Please please don't use ChatGPT for such important things. This is waste of a lot of energy. And modifying a license is too important to let a dumb IA look at it.
