dbt - dbt cloud clear defaults and add test phase

Describe the bug
we set a default dbt Cloud URL , though it is generally not the correct one for the user if I understand. This is missleading
If I keep the default one I see a few things:
I get an error in the logs, though my pipeline is set as success. We saw something similar with mercedes on an error with decoding a bit from a CSV file. Wondering if it is worth give the statuses a quick look as we have 2 example of the ingestion silently failing
That error does not tell or point me to the cloud url, which can be a bit confusing if you don't know in the first place the url is wrong and your are supposed to enter your own
