OpenMetadata is unable to send notifications to Microsoft Teams Incoming Webhooks for internal destinations (teams)

Describe the bug
OpenMetadata supports sending change events to internal destinations (such as teams, users, and admins) as well as to external destinations.
We have decided to integrate Microsoft Teams Incoming Webhooks with OpenMetadata notifications:

• For external destinations: OpenMetadata sent notifications successfully.
• For internal destinations (teams), we added Microsoft Teams Incoming Webhooks to the subscription and configured it to send notifications to these teams, but no change events are being sent.

To Reproduce
The Microsoft Teams Incoming Webhooks forwarding mechanism for internal destinations should be the same as for external destinations.

Expected behavior
OpenMetadata should successfully send notifications to Microsoft Teams for both internal and external destinations.

• OpenMetadata version: 1.4.4
• OpenMetadata Ingestion package version: 1.4.4.2

We will try to reproduce on our end as well, but if you can validate that the steps are all in place, it would be great help. Thanks

We used same Microsoft Teams Incoming Webhooks for both internal and external destinations.

• For external destinations configuration => sent notifications successfully.
  

• For internal destinations (teams) configuration => no notifications are sent.

  • Add Webhook to Subscription of IT Big Data team
    
  • Define: Send notifications to Webhook of internal IT Big Data team

i use webhook with muy to my chat but no notice, i also use email ,but useful
