Check ssl and synergy target versions for compatibility

At present ssl 1.1 is not yet released in any of the distributions. Synergy 4.10 and above works well with ssl 1.1. Check ssl and X-Api-Version of Synergy to emit a critical message when ssl 1.1 is found and X-Api-Version is lower than 800 (version that corresponds to that of 4.10 )
