Revision 1.6

- The major change here is that I've swapped the vertical MVLVDS sync
header for a through-hole right-angle version that is much more
amenable to daisy chain connections when the card is in a PCIe slot.
- Deleted some obsolete, hard to maintain files
- Deleted some obsolete datasheets

ONIX FMC Host revision 1.5

- Lots of minor fixes after extensive testing of 1.4
- VITA-57 compliance
- Remove debug points
- Standalone 1.8V regulator for deserializers
- Lots of other small fixes
